Mains

Isle of Gigha halibut, brown shrimp and chive hollandaise, baby onions, braised leeks and potato galette (gf)
Fillet medallion and slow cooked beef shin Wellington from Stokes Marsh farm, silky truffle pomme puree, heritage carrots and buttered curly kale
Confit shallot and roast pumpkin tarte tartin, Stilton and pumpkin seed crumble with braised cavelo nero, spiced onion puree and fresh pomegranate (v)
Duck breast spiced with honey glaze, confit leg gratin, braised red cabbage, purple sprouting broccoli and a caramelised orange sauce (gf)

Valrhona 70% dark chocolate fondant, salted caramel popcorn and pecan ice cream (gf)
