Check in from 4pm to 10pm (unless by prior arrangement)
Check out time is 11am
Cancellation policy:
Bookings can be cancelled by 12 noon, 48 hours prior to arrival free of charge. Bookings cancelled within the cancellation policy will be charged for 1st night only
Children and extra bed policy:
Children and families are welcome. We have 1 family room suitable for 2 adults and 2 children up to the age of 12. Cots for babies are not provided by The Five Alls, please feel free to bring your own
Credit cards:
The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard & Amex. Diners Club is not accepted
Damages:
An additional cleaning cost will be applied in the event of damage to linen and/or any furnishings. Should a room require excessive cleaning, appropriate charges will be made. Any additional damage to property within The Five Alls will be at the cost of the guest
Internet:
WiFi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge
Parking:
There is onsite parking. Parking spaces can also be found in the village situated outside The Five Alls, please be mindful not to block access to the village houses. Parking is at your own risk
Pets:
Dogs are not allowed in the hotel bedrooms or dining areas however we welcome them in our bar
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the hotel. We have an open garden at the rear of the building and a front terrace for those wishing to smoke
Room keys:
Please leave room keys at Reception if going out for the day and at check out. Lost keys will be charged at £20.00
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT at the current rate is included
Service charge is not applicable
City/tourist tax is not applicable
Accessible information:
The Five Alls at Filkins have garden ground floor rooms that we feel are suitable for wheelchair users. All of the upstairs bedrooms are accessed via stairs, being a listed building there is no lift access to these rooms
